Ministerial Conference

The Ministerial Meeting is the highest body of the OCTA, consisting of the individual representatives of each Member government, which sets the policies, approves the budgets and decisions requiring its approval and elects the Chairman of the Ministerial Meeting and the members and President of the Executive Committee. All prerogatives necessary to the achievement of the Association’s aims shall be vested in the Ministerial Meeting.

The representatives at the Ministerial Meeting are the heads of government or designated members of the national governments of the OCTs along with their delegations.
