Integrated management of natural resources and sustainable development of small islands

Experts from different geographical areas and backgrounds will lead this session: from public representatives, to site managers and civil society organisations.

The goal of the session is to discuss the need for and the challenges of natural resources integrated management on small islands: what are the specificities of those territories? What are positive examples of sustainable practices, based on shared decisions, in particular example of nature-based solutions?
